Throughout his time at CalOptima, Michael expanded Medi-Cal services and increased community investment initiatives for our working families throughout Orange County. As CEO, Michael followed through with his commitment to supporting our most vulnerable populations by creating a safety net so they could receive the healthcare services that they deserve. Because of Michael’s efforts, Orange County today is healthier, stronger, and more resilient than ever before. Mr. Speaker, I ask all of you to join me in congratulating Michael for his accomplishments and innovative leadership.”
