Mr. Speaker, I yield myself the balance of my time. Mr. Speaker, I appreciate all the hard work that went into this. I think we are in a much better place. I am pleased to think that if this legislation is successful, the Library of Congress will continue to be the Library of Congress and have its leadership appointed by this body in consultation with our, as Mr. Griffith describes it, friends on the other side of the building. Hopefully, they will see the wisdom in doing this. Mr. Speaker, I urge all of my colleagues to support the bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.
