“I am celebrating Tim Healey. He was the first principal of a high school. The school opened in 2016. He is retiring now. He worked in education for 37 years. He led the school well. He helped students succeed. Many people in Prince William County think he did a good job. I want to recognize his service. I hope he enjoys his retirement.”
