Mr. President, it is late at night, and I want to thank the many Members and staff who have worked tirelessly to pass landmark legislation to protect and save something precious and unique in America that is college sports. And I want to especially thank the original four sponsors of this bill, ranking member Maria Cantwell, who was indefatigable in pushing through to reach bipartisan compromise. I want to thank the Presiding Officer Senator Schiff--Senator Schmitt rather, and I want to thank--I will thank Senator Schiff, too, with a ``yes’’ vote. And I want to thank Senator Coons. The four original sponsors have worked tirelessly along with our staff. We are here at long last on the verge of something historic. And thank you to everyone, and with that, I yield back all time.
