“Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess until 7:30 p.m. and that all time in the recess count postcloture. There being no objection, the Senate, at 6:25 p.m., recessed until 7:30 p.m. and reassembled when called to order by the Presiding Officer (Mr. Hagerty).”
