“I am asking the Senate to let Senator Sheehy speak for five minutes, let me speak for twenty minutes, and let Senator Schumer speak for two minutes before we vote.”
“Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Senator Sheehy be able to speak for up to 5 minutes, that I then speak for up to 20 minutes, and Senator Schumer be permitted to speak for 2 minutes before the scheduled vote.”
