“I want to quickly pass the part of this bill that requires voter ID. Democrats say they do not oppose voter ID, but they still block it.”
“I think that is right. There is a part of me that is now tempted to seek to pass by unanimous consent at least that portion of the SAVE America Act that consists of a voter ID law because they themselves have said, over and over again, that they have got no problems with voter ID laws until, of course, they do have a problem with them.”
