Mr. Speaker, at the conclusion of my 1-minute remarks, I ask to receive the attention of the Speaker to pose a clause 2(a)(1), rule IX resolution, a privileged resolution. I will bring this resolution because there is a President who is committing impeachable offenses, and this is the solution for this President. Mr. Speaker, I await recognition for my resolution.
