Over the course of her distinguished career, Nicole has consistently exemplified high standards of professionalism, while delivering a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. With a decade of experience in healthcare, she has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to the care and service of others, continually advancing her clinical expertise to provide comfort, support, ²and healing to patients and their families during life’s most critical moments. She served in a variety of leadership and clinical staff roles, including staff nurse, preceptor, clinical instructor, chair of the governance council, ³and registered nurse. In each position, Nicole has earned the respect and admiration of hospital leadership, colleagues, patients, and community members alike. She has also been recognized with the Sutter Spirit Award, a testament to her tireless work ethic, collaborative spirit, ⁴and steadfast dedication to excellence in healthcare. Nicole is widely regarded by others for her positivity and for being an example of compassionate care for patients, while simultaneously supporting new hires and her colleagues. She leads each day with kindness, empathy, integrity, and respect, which form the foundation of her nursing practice.
